We’re seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team at MAXEX. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales excellence and a desire for career growth in Sales. You will engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to promote our revolutionary mortgage exchange platform. Your mission is to drive growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and crafting targeted outreach strategies using our sales tools.
The candidate should have a solid foundation in sales with a minimum of 6 months in a related role, preferably involving outbound lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams to develop and execute lead generation tactics
- Support inbound lead management, ensuring an excellent experience and maximizing sales velocity
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospects
- Harness sales technology to track and meet key performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a sales-related role, preferably involving outbound lead generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with technological systems such as Salesforce
- Results driven with a desire to compete and win
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to advance to higher sales roles
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, economics, or marketing
- Financial services and/or mortgage industry experience is a plus
- Onsite based position with flexibility to work from home a few days a week when needed
